Danger. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. DO NOT induce vomiting. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Remove/Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. |

With small magnification, all leukocytes in the large square area are counted. The leukocytes on the left and upper lines are also included in the count. However, the leukocytes on the right and lower lines are not included in the count. The total number of leukocytes found is multiplied by 100. The result gives the total number of leukocytes in 1 mm3. |
