Working Principle
|
Rodanin Copper Staining Kit is a specialized histological staining method for the detection and visualization of copper deposits in tissues. Rhodanine staining provides specific staining of copper accumulated in tissues. Rhodanine reacts with copper deposited in tissues, causing it to stain specifically red-brown in color. This helps to highlight copper deposits under the microscope. |
