Danger. May cause severe skin burns and eye damage. May cause respiratory tract irritation. The product contains formaldehyde; it may be harmful if swallowed, inhaled, or absorbed through the skin, and prolonged exposure may carry a risk of causing cancer. Avoid inhaling the product's vapors, gases, or mist. The work area should be well ventilated, preferably using a chemical fume hood. Chemical-resistant protective gloves, appropriate protective clothing, eye protection, and face protection equipment should be worn during use. If contaminated clothing comes into contact with skin or hair, it should be removed immediately and the affected area washed thoroughly with water. If inhaled, the person should be moved to fresh air and kept in a position that allows easy breathing; if symptoms persist, seek medical attention. In case of eye contact, immediately rinse eyes thoroughly with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes; if contact lenses are present and can be easily removed, do so and continue rinsing; if irritation persists, seek medical attention. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting and seek medical attention immediately. In all cases of exposure or suspected exposure, seek medical advice and show the product label or Safety Data Sheet to the healthcare professional. |
