| Application
|
1. Add urine to the U mark of the Esbach tube, Esbach's reagent to the R line (GBL Stock Code 453216020500) and mix.
2. Leave on a flat surface for 24 hours at room temperature.
3. Take a reading from the scale on the tube.
4. If excess protein is detected or suspected, dilute the urine sample and repeat the procedure.
5. Take the dilution ratio into account in the calculation.
6. Read from the top of the protein precipitate. |
